"This is the most beautiful ryokan we have ever stayed at. The food was delicious with a great variety and the staff explained the menu. The owner came to greet us at dinner and as we were leaving, it was great to meet her. The rooms were amazing and well put together with so many thoughtful touches. "Overall nice stay. The room was small so it was a bit tight to open the baggage and organize, but the bed was confortable. Hot spring was also small, so a bit busy and had to wait for a while to use the shower. Otherwise, breakfast was nice and I liked Heko-Chazuke a lot. Staff were kind and helpful. "
