“Officially the Kairaba is still rated as a 5* hotel, the only one as far as we know in Gambia. And this is still visible with respect to the quality of the room furniture and the installation and the way the staff deals with wishes (addressed at the reception) or problems (e.g. a problem with water leakage in the toilet got immediately fixed by an experienced craftsmen after we told the room service about it and she had called her colleague). However, the hotel has been closed for 3 years due to...

“Everybody working in the hotel is very nice firendly and hulpful Food variation each day at lunch and dunner . Around the pool people put towels on the beds for alll their stay. Hôtel shouldnt give the opportunity ti do it . You can also ask to put beds on the beach which we preferred. Animation each evening is ok. We enjoyed our stay at sunset beach .hotel.”

“이 호텔은 예약순에서 아예 제외시킵니다. 다른것 다 제쳐두고 기온이 32~39 도 의 나라임을 감안하면 에어컨이 있는 객실과 없는 객실이 있다는게 이해할 수 없습니다. 모기때문에 문도 제대로 못 열어 둘텐데. 일정이 변경되어 예약후 머물지는 않아 호텔의 전반적인 의견은 남길수 없지만, 편의시설이 너무 아니라고 판단됩니다.”

“Meget familiært, både med personlige og andre gæster. Elendig køkken forhold personale er dybt inkompetente. Sjældent mad på stedet trods al a carte menu , nogle ingen mad / morgenmad eller flere timers ventetid. 3 km via tør vej til nærmeste spisested. Dog er dette Afrika og det taget i betragtning så har det været et godt sted , søde personale.”

“호텔시설도 아주 만족스럽고 객실담당자도 친절하고 모두 좋았습니다. 타 호텔에 비해 와이파이상태도 아주 좋네요. 단지 호텔을 찾아갈때 주변에 교통표시판이 있으면 좋을것같습니다. 앞으로 호텔측에서 교통에 관해 개선책을 마련하면 관광객 유치에 더욱 도움이 될 것 같습니다.”
