“I bragged to my friends that I spent 3 days at a nice hotel by the Yellow River. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was good. I was satisfied because there were many kinds of breakfast. I used the bar after dinner and I was impressed by the kindness of the waitress. However, I had no choice but to use a taxi to get out of town, so that was a shame. But the staff call a taxi quickly I didn't have any difficulties. Even if I went back to Lanzhou I will be using the Crown Plaza Hotel.”

“We’ve got a family room and it’s a Peppa Pig themed! Hotel is walking distance to the Shazhou Night Market and the Dunhuang Mosque. No English-speaking staff but no hassle with a translation app.”

“The Ibis train station hotel is an easy walk from the train station, and there are plenty of local food options within a 20 minute walk. My only complaint is that the room was too hot (in January!) and we could not get the the room to cool down. Note that the hotel and city of Lanzhou have very little English, so a translator is needed. American credit cards are not accepted at the hotel, so pay online when booking the room, or pay in local currency.”

“호텔 위치는 시 중심지에 자리하고 있어서 편리했다. 하지만, 인테리어 중이서인지... 정전이 잦았고, 청결에도 문제가 있었다. 정전으로 온수를 사용할 수도 없었고... 숙박내내 편안함을 느끼지 못했다. 호텔 예약 후 예약처리가 되어 있지 않다고 하여.. 확인하는데 시간소요. 전체적으로 불만족스러웠다. 다만, 한가지! 직원들이 친절한 것만 만족스러웠다.”

“The listing on the website was erroneous. It said the Standard Room came with a jetted bathtub, so I booked it. When I checked in, there was no bathtub at all. Front desk said that only Deluxe rooms and up had bathtubs, but that there were no Deluxe rooms available. I was made to upgrade to the Executive Deluxe room at full price, and even the Executive Deluxe room's bathtub did not have jets. Also, there were spots on the tub where the enamel was worn through, exposing the rusting metal of the...
