“My stay in thus hotel was perfect. Super convenient location and most of all staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms. Catherine Qian, i could enjoy nice beef noodles and go to Bingling temple without any trouble. If anyone wants to go to Lanzhou, i will recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel is new and fresh. Helpful front desk who helped with organising packed breakfast for our early start. Near subway and high-speed rail station. Night market and lots of food stalls at doorstep but the room is quiet if windows are closed.”

“I bragged to my friends that I spent 3 days at a nice hotel by the Yellow River. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was good. I was satisfied because there were many kinds of breakfast. I used the bar after dinner and I was impressed by the kindness of the waitress. However, I had no choice but to use a taxi to get out of town, so that was a shame. But the staff call a taxi quickly I didn't have any difficulties. Even if I went back to Lanzhou I will be using the Crown Plaza Hotel.”

“Clean room and helpful staff. We noticed bad smell from the bathroom and staff were very helpful in getting this fixed. Decent breakfast was included.”

“飯店位置超棒, 大門外面就是地鐵站入口。到吾悦廣場只需走地下道不用經過外面的大馬路,安全舒適。飯店的泳池雖然沒有很大、但是很乾淨、人不多。早餐菜色豐富, 用餐環境非常寬闊。”
