“The first impression was good on entering the hotel. The lift however is insufficient in size especially with many guests as was case when I stayed. This caused problems at breakfast time. The single room was smaller than expected. Reception staff V Good. Limited seating in comfortable Piano Bar area. There were 2 coach trips in every day of my stay. Ideal position for Public transport.”

“We were in a sea view room and it was very tired and ready for a refurb very disappointing was the towels hadn’t been changed or the bathroom bin emptied The breakfast was very good and available if you have an early start Position is excellent”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival. Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front. The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building. When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend to family and friends”

“There is nothing to criticize the staff where friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent the room was spot on and heated which you could control would definitely recommend.”

“The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed.”
