"It is a lovely building and the room was large and a beautiful period space. The pool area and grounds felt a little worn and uncared for and breakfast was ok but not great. No hot running water in the room, which wasn’t a massive issue for one night on a hot day but perhaps suggests this is being run on a budget. Worth being aware that no air conditioning so on a hot summer night, it wasn’t easy to sleep well with just an old, inexpensive fan plugged in in the room."

We had a lovely clean, newly refurbished, room and the continental breakfast was good value for money. "This is a modest hotel just out of the centre of Nuits-St-Georges which is perfect for a stopover when crossing France. The staff are extremely helpful - the receptionist spoke very good English and suggested an excellent restaurant for us - the room was clean and well set up, and the breakfast was good. An excellent and well-priced base for a quick look around this lovely area, and highly recommended for value."
