“I wasted about $21 extra as Uber fee just looking for the place and never found the location. I had to go for different place to sleep. I wonder if you guys are real. There's no number to call for help. I believe this hotel is a scam. No one should try it”

“Overall, the check-in process was cumbersome, given that we had to go into the lobby, take an elevator down to the garage, go to another building, then up to the unit we booked. The check-in attendant was not forthcoming about their knowledge of the presence of cockroaches at Chateau Towers. There wasn't an iron readily available in the unit and we were in a hurry to make it to an evening obligation-- this caused a delay. This was a very inconvenient experience.”
