“It's a nice place but it's very pricey. I feel like breakfast should be complimentary because you pay a lot to stay there. It's a beautiful place but plan on extra money because nothing is free and is over priced. Staff is nice but definitely could use more people to help.”

“Stayed for one night, all and all it was a nice stay. The only complaint I could make is that the showers are so small, you can’t move in them but the property was so pretty and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I cannot honestly say I know anything about the property itself. When I tried to check in the owner? manager? only person there told me the internet was down so he could not check anyone in. He did say we could stay, but he did not expect internet to work for some time and was leaving to try to deal with it. He plainly wanted us to find a room elsewhere, and promised he would refund the room on Expedia as soon as he could. That was over a week ago. I have messaged through Expedia and the motel...

“First time at a YMCA. shame about the pool hours, they closed at 1800 and only open at 1200 the following day which meant we had very limited time. Aside that, great place and plenty for the kids to do!”

“The rooms were great! The gym was also awesome. The hot tubs weren’t working which was a little bit of a bummer, but not a huge deal. The restaurant/bar also seemed to have weird hours, but there were plenty of other options in town. Overall my family loved it!”

“The rooms and common areas were very clean, very modern chic. There was a nice path out back to an outdoor sitting area, we even saw a fox hanging out while there! It was a nice, relaxing stay. We stayed in early summer, so it didn't get too hot. But the building does not seem to have central air, so this might be a better winter stay!”

“The place could use some updating, but bathroom was clean and generally looked nice. Bed was in need of a new mattress (two ‘divots’ visible as we walked onto the room). Nice looking hot tub! Direction to get to the place were very confusing, we kept being told 201 Zephyr Way, but apple/google map couldn’t find any such address. They had Zephyr LANE. Had some trouble with parking garage code…had to go back to front desk. Had trouble with the app, even though we followed all the directions...

“Cabin was clean and neat. Staff asked if we need additional bedding stuff. They City market just beside the property. Only thing they should mention clearly on listing that AC is not available and they should provide table fans instead of small fan in bedroom.”
