"Overall the hotel was clean and the beds were firm. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of selections to keep the whole family happy. The check-in process was slow and the one employee who was working, moved the line to another computer and we lost our place in line. We won't return however, because the bathroom smelled like mold. The caulk around the bathroom sink clearly had mold growing on it. We had two rooms and both bathrooms were in the same condition."

"I have traveled all over North America, Europe and Asia and the service here at the castle motel was the best I have received. The staff is incredibly courteous and the room was exceptional for the price. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Whenever I come to Seoul again, I will definitely return to the castle motel. "
