“We had a few things wrong with our room at check in. They also asked for $16 more for a fee they said Expedia didn't pay. Our coffee pot was broken. Our safe was broken. The whole room needs some TLC. Over all our stay was very nice. They could use a place to sit in all the rooms . Ours had no chairs. “Blue Bahia is a cozy place to stay. Rooms/condos are rustic but rural beach suitable. Management communication is excellent and aims to please. Housekeeping & maintenance do an excellent job. Ii would say this is off the beaten track abd is ideal for people who are adventuresome and prefer to avoid the big all inclusives and the clutter of touristy shops. The on site restaurant had good service, really nice service staff, and good food. Do try the soursop iced tea - it is not on the menu, so ask...
