Beautiful grounds, excellent service, except for my butler he needs to clean the room better. The pool is lovely but it needs more steps or a rail to hold on.

Wonderfully maintained hotel. Large property with many 4-unit Lanais. Nice pool and ocean front beach setting. The hotel hosts cultural dances nearly every evening and has local artists on site selling their work. The gift shop is very competitively priced with a classy selection of local items. Good restaurant with many Indonesian themed dinners. Overall it is the class and service one would expect of Oberoi.

Gorgeous property! Room was stunning! We had a 2 story bungalow and the extra space was such a luxury. Loved the outdoor tub and the unique touches such as sarong and night shirt. Just don’t wear the sarong if you go for a walk as all the vendors will know where you are staying. The toilet in the room was the only disappointing space, it looked like the original. Am amazing hotel, would stay again and again.

Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

We absolutely loved this hotel. From the room to the service to the amenities it was all worth it! We stayed in the Marvelous one bedroom ocean view suite. It was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and very spacious for 2 ppl. The property next door (potatoe head) was doing construction so they offered to switch our room for free if we were not pleased with the view. The hospitality at maya ubud is unmatched from all previous experiences at other hotels. If staying in ubud, this resort is the place to be. Also, I huge shoutout to one of the workers ganggawir, he was exceptional and made sure everything went well for me and the wife during are stay. He went above and beyond with every little thing when caring for us. Thank you ganggar and maya ubud!

This hotel is the nicest I have ever stayed at, at the beach! Everything is 'top notch'! It is a smaller resort with Suites and Villas, on a generous property with a gorgeous, private beach! This allows for unbelievable service and a feeling of peace as you are never trying to 'get a spot' in a crowd at the beach or pool or restaurants. The food is fresh and delicious! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here this past week. We loved the staff. Breakfast was also amazing, and Bayu was the coolest staff member we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!! We definitely felt at home in our villa and want to hopefully return sometime soon :)) 100% recommend.

Amazing experience! Great staff. They were very friendly and were able to help with all my requests. They even go out and buy basic essentials for you if requested. Rooms look great! I like how they basic living room opens up to the pool. The feel of the place made me and my friends feel like we were actually on vacation and not just visiting.

Nice Hotel. All the staff members were helpful and courteous except the Reception staff who guided us wrongly on check out date. We had explained to them on check out day that we had 4 suitcase and two hand bags and the lady at the reception said that it could fit in a taxi. Stayed as a couple in a swim out room (145) on the quiet side of the hotel. It was amazing. Walked through most of the other hotels up and down the beach and couldn't find one we would have preferred to be at. Friendly staff, good food, never felt like other guests were on top of us. Short walk to Bali Collection for cheaper meals, beer and wine runs to the Coco Supermarket. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed in a number of hotels in Ubud, Kuta and Gilis, and this was by far the most outstanding. Simply put you get what you pay for here. We took the room across the road and it made little difference to the comfort and convenience of our stay. The room itself is beautifully laid out and the decor excellent. The hotel itself is amazing, with the highlight being the infinity pool overlooking Seminyak beach. The highlight was watching the sunset and surfers in the afternoon. Cannot say enough...
