โIt was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, Iโd just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall Iโd give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good workโ
โThe hotel is near central Bandung, so it is easy to travel using gojek or grab services. Also for walking, the sidewalk is pretty nicely done, not broken as other places in bandungโ

Many times, in Jakarta, Manila, Thai, etcs, I am encountering so many long faces in the hotels and various organizations. It seems that they are very unhappy and they are angry with their salary, welfare, and systems. But, in this hotel, how can you make them look very happy and work diligently, even though their salaries are not so high, compared with others. It is a mystery to me. I have to learn the secret.

"Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron โ and they said they were out when I asked! Unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel, I'm not going back.n."
