"Nice hotel in deplorable maintenance conditions. Dirtiest carpets and couches I've ever seen. Carpets in the hallways and within the bedrooms had deep stains all throughout. Our mattress and bedsheets had stains on them as well. It's really a pity because the property has potential, but evidently the decision has been made to not invest a dime in maintaining it."

"The air conditioning did not work properly, and the Wi-Fi connection was frequently interrupted. I found several long hairs in the room, likely from the cleaning staff, and the TV was also not functioning. Overall, it was a bad experience. You can get much better value for your money elsewhere. "

"The room was nice, the staff was great and the food in the restaurant was well prepared. The location was a ways from the city center which was inconvenient without a car, but was directly across the street from the main bus terminal. There's not a whole lot in Posadas besides peace and quiet, good food and friendly people."
