"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday. However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter."

On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. The staff was also responsive on chat, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, almost everything I asked about was met with, “No, we do not have that,” or “We do not provide that.” There were a number of cons as well.
