We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy.

We loved it when we stayed here. 10 mins drive to airport and 10 mins drive to canal city. There’s a lot of parking spots. The room is spacious, clean and a lot of beds! We’ll definitely book again

There was dust in the closet floor and hallway, headboards were dusty and so was the toilet sink; had black fiber things covering it. These I can rewipe myself however the headboard plugs do not work which limited our usage due to a large number of people staying. Slippers are provided but might as well not use them due to flimsiness or use your own. The area is about 10 minutes to closest restaurant, 7/11 is close by and there is a bus stop that will take you to the airport in 15 minutes without going to Hakata Station. Even so, I will stay again with a big travel group.

Hotel is in good location, very clean and in good condition. Recommend for family staying. However I have small trouble during check in because I didn’t receive check-in instructions and I couldn’t enter to hotel to check-in. Then I have to connect my roaming to communicate with hotel.

Big room, comfortable and not noisy. Occasionally will meet staffs from 11am to 2:50pm. Cleaning staffs are polite. Overall can be described as reasonable hygienic but not perfect. Prepare scanning code before checking in. You can never check in before 3pm. Walking for 7 minutes to closest restaurant

Nice area and near airport if you driving. It also about 10-15 mins walk from JR station. Maybe the wifi need to be improved other area have been quite good. Cleanliness is ok amenities just right. Only issue was the body soap run out I guess they didn’t top it up to full so we have to buy our own as no service personal is in that hotel to serve you immediately. The greatest problem with the whole unit was that it’s very cold during winter. The heater is only this 1 small aircon unit trying to fill the whole unit so all of us end up freezing in the morning.

It's a nice and clean condo with a small living room and a tiny kitchen with some utensils and a microwave good enough to cook small meals. There is a washing machine with a drying function which is ideal in that we can do washing and drying daily and we don't need to bring a lot of clothes. For 6 of us, it was quite a cramp with not much space to move about in our unit. This is the only downside yet this unit is already the best unit I found that comes with a living hall and a kitchen with a separate toilet... There is a balcony yet it's blocked by the bed that we are not allowed to move the bed away... It's very quiet and feels safe to walk around this area. There are few restaurants and a supermarket nearby within 5 mins walk. This place is 12 mins away from Hakata Train Station and Bus Station with few shopping malls and plenty of restaurants. Overall we are satisfied with this place.
