“The scenery and vibe of the village was on par with a relaxing getaway. Everything was incredible, staff was very friendly, and the room was so cozy!”

“Very clean and the staff was very friendly.”

“Always great to stay at the Drury Knoxville West!”

“My bed sheets had stains on them as did the blanket. Would have felt more comfortable without stains.”

“There was a cockroach in my bed. I didn’t even get a chance to sleep because I had slept on top of all the covers one I discovered bugs in the room”

“It’s a shame because this hotel could have been great if it were better maintained. The shower handle didn't work properly, making it very hard to adjust the water temperature, and the room was very damp. The AC also smelled terrible at night (likely due to a dirty ventilation system), which gave me a headache. However, I want to sincerely thank the staff. Despite the poor facilities, they were incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile.”

“Clean rooms.”

“Great hotel, beautifully appointed rooms with a great central location.”

“Clean room”

“Great Staff!”

“조용하고 깨끗했지만 오래된 호텔 느낌이 듭니다”

“Clean room. Kind and friendly staff. Breakfast free and good”

“My first time to stay at Tru. We loved the room and all it offered and all the free things included- coffee, water, breakfast, cookies! Even had beer taps!😉 Our AC unit in our room was making a very loud and strange noise which made it hard to sleep, but I’m sure some maintenance will fix that. That was the only negative. Will stay at Tru again!”

“It is a very pretty and interesting lobby, and it is a convenient location that is totally walkable to UTK campus for college tours. It has construction going on around it but nothing that was loud or interfered with evenings or sleep. The bed was really hard which was my single biggest complaint, but overall a good stay and worth the money and convenient to UTK campus.”

“Very clean, brkfst was amazing The bed in our room on the other hand should be thrown away. Very uncomfortable 😣”
