“The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed”

“Absolutely worth the price, simple but clean. Had no odors, no pot smell, and no party noise we were thrilled What else do you need.”

“Todo muy limpio y amables”

“Loved the location and atmosphere. The floors in the room were not extremely clean but beds and bathroom were clean. Mattresses were a little hard. Staff was amazing!! Definitely would stay again.”

“Great location for our trip to Dollywood!”

“좋은여행이되었습니다”

“I stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.”

“Exceptional place. I have stayed in some great places, for example The Gaylord in Nashville. This place was by far much better. Enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend the breakfast buffet.”
