"The location is great. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The staff is wonderful but when you walk in the door of the lobby it is dark, gray and depressing. Nothing about it looks inviting or fun. Also the HVAC in my room was so loud it was hard to sleep and the valet is very expensive."
