โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ

โBed comfort, excellent. Roof bar amazing. Staff so sweet. Literally the only thing that bugged me about this stay was that my shower hair conditioner was a kind of a soapy hand sanitizer consistency. But not a deal-breaker at all!โ
โThis hotel is excellent. Itโs in a great location, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The pool area is very nice. The rooms spacious and clean. Has a great breakfast included, which we only realized the second day. Can be pricey depending on when you are visiting but truly a great hotel in a great location! โ
โUpon arrival the smell of hotel was remarkable. Itโs smelled clean without any chemical smell. The hotel was emasculate. We saw many staff members cleaning. Of course I left a tip in my rooom. The staff deserve a lot of praise for the cleanliness of their facility. The layout of the room was different than IHG and we liked it a lot. They had a large desk center of the room. The room felt warm and inviting. The shower pressure was amazing and the products for shampoo conditioner were all animal...
โThis was the best place weโve stayed in our three days of traveling. Randy at the front desk was wonderfulโfriendly, welcoming, and his Mickey Mouse watch was a fun detail that made us smile. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having โWelcome, Shannonโ displayed on the TV when we entered our room. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the area; what should have been a five-minute drive often took closer to twenty. Overall, though, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.โ
