Incredible hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Large room with small refrigerator and coffee maker. I stayed for one night for the Big Ears festival. Good location with lots of restaurants. For longer stays, I prefer an apartment rental with a full kitchen, but this was perfect for one night. A nice perk - warm, fresh cookies at check in.

when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out.

The service was excellent, and I want to highlight Karla at the front desk. It had been a very stressful day when we arrived, AND I had messed up my reservation. Karla was very helpful, friendly, patient, and empathetic to my situation. We checked in and had nothing but a great stay there after.
