“We stayed at the Cantilever Hotel at the start of spring and really loved the location. It’s about 10–15 minutes from the airport and just a stone’s throw from the river. Although trains pass by occasionally, it didn’t bother us at all. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like ear plugs and a sound machine for a better night’s rest. “Went to check in after driving for 14 hours…they said they didn’t have a room for the 3 of us and that someone was supposed to check out that day but they decided to stay. They offered us a room with a cot…I asked if they had my reservation and they said yes….i was furious..room was not clean…no towels or bedding…since nothing else was available I stayed….never again!”

“Everything advertised was inaccurate. It's not river side breakfast was supposed to be included nothing was available except cereal with expired milk. There were no staff to ask for help. 10/10 do not recommend. The pool is drained and closed. The restaurant bar closed with water all over the floors holes in guest room wall. I requested a refund and will not rest well until the money is back in my account... Unexceptable ”
