"I expected the usual hotel breakfast of eggs maybe potatoes and waffles and maybe fruit, they had waffles, green chile, crumbled hard boiled eggs, bacon crumbles (not fresh), and some stale bread"

"We just stayed for 2 nights with the 2 bedroom and hot tub on the balcony. It was cabin 14. We go to Estes and Grand Lake a lot and these our older towns that the hotels and cabins can be oils and not very updated. I was so excited that the cabin was completely updated and we had everything we needed to cook every night. The hot tub on the deck was the highlight of our trip my only criticism is that the top of the hot tub was bolted down so when you took it off it blocked the view of the river (we mentioned this at check out and hopefully it’s an easy fix) but they had pots/pans/dishes etc… and we rented one with another family and we had such an amazing time. We will def be back and I felt like we got so much for the price. Absolutely beautiful family weekend"

"Clean room, breakfast and bar fine, staff is very friendly and helpful, dining needs different menu than same pub food in bar ie healthier choices like last year (salmon, steak, vegetables, etc). "

"It was a very bad experience. When my girlfriend and I checked into our jacuzzi room we were excited to use the jacuzzi. We did get in pretty late about 9pm but figured we'd have plenty of time to relax before going to bed, we were wrong. After filling up the jacuzzi tub we tried the jets over and over with no luck. I went down to tell staff at the front desk because he wasn't answering my phone calls. He was on the phone with someone sounded like his girlfriend. He stated that the room shouldn't have been booked as the problem was reported the prior night for maintenance. I said well what the heck I want a discount then. He then stated no discount as he can get me into another similar room. I stated I would deal with the discount issue in the morning. Well after packing our things and heading to the new room. We find out the room keys would not work. So again I go down the front desk. He re programs the keys and says they should work no I try and no luck again! I go back down and he follows me and tries, no luck. He then goes gets the master and that works so he proceeds to mess with the room whole we wait. He comes back and says ok I've moved you to a different room again that the key does work. We fill up the tub to the new room and the knob is missing for the jets. So then we have to move again it's about 230am at this point. We finally got to use the jacuzzi in the new new new room. Moved 3 times! Called corporate in the morning said they would investigate has beenaweek."
