“We enjoyed a wonderful stay. All the staff were very professional, helpful and super friendly. The food was 5-star, and the hotel bar was an apres ski heaven - great relaxing vibe and fantastic cocktails. ”

“The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying! ”

“The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

“This hotel relies on its location and easy ski in ski out. However the room condition was fairly worn out, the bathroom just about alright, but the separate toilet room was fairly nasty. Our room seemed to smell a bit of old smoke too. Breakfast was ok, and the staff were nice. The boot room was good too ”

“The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.”
