“As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. “It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . ”

“After reading the reviews online I was pretty worried that we were going to arrive to a messy, downrun and unsuitable accommodation however we were pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean and was very suitable for a weeks stay. Plenty of room. One downside was there was only one small sofa bed in the lounge, after a long day on the slopes it would have been nicer to be comfy. “The hotel is in need of updating. As it was the last week they were running down food supplies so the food for breakfast and dinner got less and less with very little choice. The staff did not seem to care when the food and drink ran out. The hotel did not purchase more for example the bacon and tomato ketchup ran out mid week and no more was purchased. ”

“The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.”

There are laisy chairs in front of the hotel with Amazing views for a drink or a coffee after ski. Also a little bar window with crepes. “Es un lugar maravilloso! El hotel queda inmerso en la montaña y queda literal en medio de pistas de ski. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado (cocina con todos los electrodomésticos) y es muy agradable, con una vista hermosa de la montaña. Además en el complejo hay restaurantes y un mini-supermercado muy surtido. Había leído un comentario que decía que casi no se conseguía viveres y me preocupaba, pero es muy fácil.”
