“The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

“The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying! ”

“Es un lugar maravilloso! El hotel queda inmerso en la montaña y queda literal en medio de pistas de ski. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado (cocina con todos los electrodomésticos) y es muy agradable, con una vista hermosa de la montaña. Además en el complejo hay restaurantes y un mini-supermercado muy surtido. Había leído un comentario que decía que casi no se conseguía viveres y me preocupaba, pero es muy fácil.”
