"Arrived there after a 20 min. Taxi drive from the airport and were told that no room is available. Owner/Manager told us we should have to confirm his email request after booking at hotels.com. Never got an email and otherwise the booking was completed via hotels.com. Were very lucky with our Taxi driver who brought us to a nice hostel in miraflores after that but of course that was another hour drive which cost us a lot of money, time and nerves after having travelled all day."

I would like to thank Miss Xiomara for helping me arrange transportation and a great 3-hour excursion to see the city. The hotel was conveniently located close to shopping areas and was clean. The staff was always courteous and polite. Additionally, the free breakfast provided was delicious."
