“I stayed 4 nights during my first time visit in Lima, and overall experience was excellent. The room was so clean and cozy, so I didn’t have any problems while sleeping. Especially, when I was checking out, a chaotic accident happened that my luggage was missing mixed with other group’s ones. Then the manager and other staffs tried to figure out the problem, and they helped my luggage transfer to the airport. I really appreciate the all the staff helping me out. Gracias!”

“We enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights in a plush 18th floor double room with an amazing ocean view in this brand new luxury hotel. Service was excellent. We were resting up from an 18 day tour of Lima and the Sacred Valley, so spent the entire day in the room enjoying the view and comfort. We did venture to the Clubhouse where there was excellent service, but we were disappointed by the limited, and not very good food offerings, but enjoyed unlimited access to Coke Zeros. The only complaint is...

“모던하고 깔끔합니다. 방 크기도 넓고요. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 항상 미소를 지니고 있습니다. 조식 종류는 다양하진 않지만, 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠던 숙소여서 다음 출장 시 또 이용할 것 같습니다. 방안에 슬리퍼는 없으나 요청하면 주시고, 물도 요청하면 연박시 올려주십니다! ”
