“Staff was great. Check in was on the 4th floor. Good location”

“Property is lovely with Mountain views at the heated pool. Felt like a nice family camp tucked in the woods and it was close to downtown and Acadia. Even though rooms were available they gave us the smallest room at the back. Bed was very hard and ac window unit blasted and had to be shut off. Bathroom is tiny but hot water and pressure were good. Too expensive for these type of accommodations but it is a nice place with a ton of potential or just lower the price and let people know it’s...

“This ida beautiful hotel close to all beaches, dining, and shopping in ogunquit and wells. It is unique because it sits on a hill. Everything was great. The only reason for 4 stars is all the stairs. Be sure you know where your room is located because you might end up dragging your stuff up and down some steep and lengthy stair cases.”

“- poor customer service - did not put me in the correct room on the first night of my stay, and on the second night, two false fire alarms went off and staff was unhelpful with compensation for these disturbances”
