"It has been many years that I stayed at this hotel and Hatten. Frankly speaking, both hotels can be managed better in terms of facade, hotel room (especially toilet at Estadia). Overall, it is ok for a short stayover at Malacca."

I simply informed the receptionist (without even complaining) the following day during my checkout. The receptionist simply stated, "Why didn't you call last night, now the duty person has already left," without sorry or apologizing, and with an unhappy demeanor, as if it were all our fault."
