“Lovely old pub right next to Chelmsford rail and bus stations. Very welcoming bar staff. Rooms are really nicely decorated with tea and coffee making and separate secure access. Really great value and centrally located for all Chelmsford has to offer. ”

“We had a lovely stay at The Ship Inn. The room was really clean, bright and comfortable and plenty of space to relax in. Nice to have good quality coffee and tea facilities in the room and reasonably priced items on offer in room if you wanted it. Loved the roomy shower in the bathroom. “This was our second stay here and again we really enjoyed it. Great location and most of all great staff!! One thing I will say is that Expedia advertise that ALL rooms have air conditioning when in fact they dont. Will definitely stay again”
