“Rude staff except for Ruddy, he was the only person that helped us… front desk is terrible, restaurant closes at 6pm after that you’re on your own! Wouldn’t recommend ”

I connected with Juan Carlos and was very kind and helpful. The views are breathtaking. The venue and rooms are accurately depicted and reflection of Nicaragua's essence. Breakfast was yummy! I totally recommend visiting.”

“We didn’t use the pool; however, the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings spoke good English and he was able to help us get our clothes washed and dried for a fee which was most helpful. The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. It was very walkable to a bank, restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay here again.”
