"Excellent location, a block away from plaza de armas. The rooms are exactly as the pictures show, and I loved the fact they have white noise machines in the rooms. Upon check in, you are gifted an artisanal soap, and they have different scents to choose from. Every time, we came back from our walks, staff are ready to greet you and offer you a drink. When we checked out, females were gifted a oaxacan blouse and the men were given artisanal coffee. Excellent experience, they appreciate and pamper...

"Its a good place to stay, just that the rooms need to be upgraded. Room i stayed it had parts taped together.. looks like some of the furniture had water damaged. I have stayed here for the last 3-4 years and everything was fine. This time around i took some personal sheets and the cleaning lady took it by mistake and hotel was not able to find it during my 4 night stay. Wasnt offered any solution by hotel staff, all i got was that they were looking for it. Breakfast is ok, just have to go...
