"They have lot of shuttle bus between main building to small wooden house. Waiting time less than 5min. Room is clean and good wifi quality. "

"We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery due to snow and ice, so drive carefully."
