“Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days.”

“Die Unterkunft selber und der Spar Bereich Ware einfach nur Top . Allerdings ist die Umgebung so lala . Man kann nicht essen dann wann man möchte , da die Lokale sehr merkwürdig Öffnungszeiten haben . Abends ist man gezwungen sofort ins Hotel zu gehen , da alles schon um 22 Uhr schließt und man keine Möglichkeit hat was zu unternehmen.”

“Je suis venue passer une nuitée avec ma copine et nous avez passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel a du être récemment rénové car les chambres paraissent assez récentes. Le personnel d’accueil est adorable, le spa avec vue sur la vallée est superbe. L’hôtel dispose même d’une salle de jeux avec billard, ping pong et fléchettes, de quoi bien s’amuser. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet assez varié et de très bonne qualité, il est inclus avec la chambre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expedia....

“It was wonderful than I expected. I enjoyed everything there. Hotel facilities were mordern, clean, cosy and new. Breakfast was good and fresh. First of all, all staff members were sincere to guests. The restaurant was impressive that the hotel recommend. If I had a chance to go there, I would choose this hotel again. “Pros - large living room , large balcony, relatively comfortable beds , close to the high street via the stairs and easy to reach the ski school via skis . Great for self catering Cons - very small bedroom ( no enough space around the bed) , reception was closed had to go the hotel next door , a bit worn out , door stopper on the floor in the bathroom too close to the toilet - causing injuries . Not that great if you want a bar or a coffee in the lobby apres ski or in the evening . No...

“Excellent hotel for skiing at this lovely resort. Food and drink options were great and staff were very positive and helpful. Slight niggles such as constantly running out of basics at meal times (plates/bowls/tea bags/hot water) which was a bit annoying when you rushing to get to lessons. Great location though and very good value for money-would definitely return to this hotel and resort”
