The concierge helped us get round trip tix on the daily Hurtigruten/Havila fjord cruise (part of their Norwegian coastal journey has them come into Alesund in the AM and then go down the fjord and back to Alesund that evening). "Great stay in a perfect location. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great. There was a fire alarm at night but it was a false alarm and staff did their best to clarify quickly. Room was clean and really comfy"
