"Lovely location, property is well designed but needs updating in its overall conditions i.e grouting in bathrooms and fixtures. Overall staff pleasant, but during my stay in my opinion only one member of the front reception desk delivered a 5* service with a smile. The others lacking- apologies I didn't get her name. "

"Our room had an amazing view of the water and mountains. We were across the way from the bus station to the Northern Lights bus tour. Shopping and dining walking distance. The complimentary breakfast is a feast with different preparations of salmon which I especially enjoyed. The hotel breakfast beats going out to breakfast!"
