“A+. Will stay here again!”

“That place is the bomb”

“Brand new residence hotel, with excellent location. Had some big issues with the room on the 1st night but the owner himself took the responsibility and solved all issues. The room was extremely clean, well maintained. Lookinf forward to stay at your place once again.”

“I highly recommend this apartment! It was very comfortable, very clean and great communication. I would visit again! I appreciate to Sarah. ”

“The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice? I had to go back down again and wait even longer. The front desk manager, hotel manager and even the general manager shook my hand as if that was going to...

“Only stayed 1 night but it was good”

“I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The hotel has plenty of facilities and I always felt safe. The staff are absolutely fantastic and will do anything to help you. Just across the road is a mall with a supermarket and 3 restaurants and a bar so anything you need is just a short walk. The only negative was that the hotel is a little worn down and you can tell the owner is not spending any money on it. would I tay again, yes definitely.”

“great stay and people , have stayed before and would stay again. thank you . close to junction mall , food and shopping. excellent location , we reccomend.”

“A lovely apartment with stunning views across Nairobi from the balcony. Very close to shops and art galleries and easy transport links to the main sites of Nairobi. The host was really helpful and even recommended a taxi driver to collect us on arrival. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and self catering. The onsite gym and pool were also a bonus.”

“The wireless internet service was not operational. Hot water was unavailable. The property would benefit from updated shower heads and more comfortable mattresses. Please be advised of potential construction noise in the vicinity.”

“Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall.”

“We had a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms...it was clean and beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, they took very good care of us. The hotel is attached to a mall, which was very convenient, and one day they had a local 'market' off the food court with several vendors, which made shopping for souvenirs easier. We enjoyed our stay at Yaya Hotel and would stay here again.”

“Showers and Kitchen”

“"Everything about this stay was smooth. The property was super clean and comfortable, and the location was central to all the local spots. Great host, fast communication, and an overall fantastic stay."”
