“Everything was fine except for one concierge in training who constantly nagged for a tip. Even when I had sign to 'Do not disturb' on the door he kept knocking on my room coming with "complimentary" snacks. He went to the point asking directly for a tip saying because I will be leaving tommorow and blatantly lying about how "they don't accept tips under USD 50". I eventually gave him the tip because to be frank I am a push over. I just hope the hotel come up with better training for their...

“picked up and dropped off is very poor, not water pressure, no left for the older people, no left, no breakfast or even tea for the customers, I paid my pick up and drop off, but not come to pick me up.”

“The first room that we were put in had a broken lampshade, the safe didn’t work, the shower water went from boiling hot to cold with no middle ground, but the dealbreaker was that the door wouldn’t lock when we left. It could be opened from the outside. Also, the room was really cold and the thermostat only controlled the fan and not the temperature.

“Clean and well maintained rooms. Worth the money. A good hide out.”

“Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby.”
