“Hotel was fabulous room, environments excellent, however I felt harassed every time I went to purchase something the first thing said to me was “You’ve got to pay” of course I would pay !!!! “The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist ”

“We were given a splendid room with lots of space and a large bed. The evening meal was standard cafeteria style but fair value for the money.
