“Breakfast was the usual fare of scrambled eggs, sausage, and carbohydrates. As a person with a gluten allergy, I am wary of eating food prepared in another person’s kitchen. Luckily for me, there was Chex cereal available. More gluten-free foods would be a welcome addition. For example: a small separate area with gluten-free whole grain bread, English muffin, or bagels with a separate toaster or more gluten-free cereals.”
