“Good hotel close to the grand mosque. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants close by. ”

“Stuff not responding and not caring. Breakfast area dirty. Rooms not clean. We found spiders on the room as well ants.”

“This hotel is a bit of out the way from downtown Sur. The price is right but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were extremely basic and the main room included plastic deck chairs as part of its furniture complement. Even though this hotel states that it accepts payment by credit card, the reception workers complained and did everything they could to dissuade me from using one which kind of put a bad taste in my mouth.”

“I was welcomed as the first guest to ever book through Hotels.com and given a complimentary upgrade. The staff was charming, efficient and lovely in every way. The suite was on the top (4th) floor. We ordered dinner through one of the recommended restaurants (which was so-so) but before the food arrived, the hotel staff came and brought in cutlery, plates, set the table and then brought the food that had been delivered to the desk. In the morning, my breakfast was served in the suite as well....

“간단한 조리와 세탁이 되어서 머무르는 동안 편했어요. 체육관이랑 야외 풀도 나름 쓸만했습니다.다만 소량의 세제를 주거나 안된다면 소량의 세제를 팔았더라면 더 좋지 않았을까 합니다.”
