“This was our second stay at the Muscat Intercontinental and this time again it was a very happy experience at every level: location, welcome, cleanliness, food, and importantly every single member of staff we dealt with. Too many to name but everyone at the reception desk, at The Musandam and other restaurants, at the Club Lounge. All faultlessly pleasant, professional and helpful. All of this creates a gentle vibe and environment and we hope to visit again soon.”

“Nice location(close to the airport) Beautiful beach(no buoy which ruin the view) Amazing pool ( i loved the long pool, especially) The food by the pool was nice. I loved its Arabic atmosphere. But , Somewhat noisy by the airplane (but not that much) Airconditioner was noisy and couldn't turn off so i should call the maintenance. The size of our room was minimal and layout of shower was uncomfortable. ( but it's ok cos i didn't spend much time in the room)”

“Things which could be improved Porters were taking other peoples cars luggage and leaving behind people like myself behind even though it was Eid holidays and it was busy no excuse to miss people who have been waiting patiently or pick and choose.. Complimentary drink glasses should be refreshed sooner than waiting like 20 min Breakfast needs improvement omelette station and Que outside in the heat not a good idea especially where the Que is within stairs quite dangerous for elderly and...
