“Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water.”

“The restaurant at Nanny Cay Resort was wonderful after a long day of traveling. The drinks from the bar were spot on. The staff and server were very welcoming and pleasant. The meal was totally satisfying, served warm with a nice presentation and delicious. ”

“It was a nice hotel for a taste of local culture. Although the place is dated, everything was clean. The check in/check out woman was very helpful and contacted a taxi for us anytime we needed one. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The downside is that you are not allowed early check in - we got in 5 minutes early but I wouldn't plan on that. “The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. ”

She greeted us with a huge smile and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was especially helpful with local knowledge and gave amazing dinner recommendations! ”

“Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. “Clean with very nice staff”

“The lighthouse villas is a great place to stay in a great spot. Very clean, very nice staff. Cane Garden Bay is the best place to stay on Tortolla. The beach is right across the street, along with a long row of bars and restaurants. We drove all around the island, and then sailed around the island. This is the best spot on Tortola, and highly recommend the Lighthouse Villas. ”

“This hotel is a hidden gem! The lady at the front desk was a jewel! I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. “Clean room & the perfect patio to sit & watch the waves come in. There is also a restaurant on property that was wonderful and were great hosts. Room was clean and AC was strong even though it was a scorcher outside. Check in process was easy and personal. Would stay here again ”
