“For the price it was fine.”

“The desk attendant was surly and did not have any welcoming remarks. We were not informed where we could find easy access or local amenities. The room didn’t not have a deadbolt on it. There was not a towel in the room. The room was very sparse which was not a problem for us but may be for others. We only received one key card where we are used to receiving two. “When we arrived there were many holes in the wall. There was even one that when we turned the shower on had water spraying out of it. The next morning breakfast was not prepared correctly. Lots of things were missing. We were able to switch rooms the next day but woke up with bed bugs.”

“This hotel had the biggest pet fee than any other on our trip. I am ok with a deposit for a pet but I should not have to pay more. Our dog is cleaner, quieter, and better behaved than children that do not cost extra …the kids during this stay ran down the hallways and made lots of noise in their rooms.”

“The room itself was nice for the price. Like to kitchenette. The restroom and shower was extremely nice. But the doors had 3/16"+ gaps between doors and frames. The walls were THIN. My neighbors conversation could easy be heard in the room. The thin windows allowed traffic noise to protrude also. “My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. “Checked in around 7:30 pm. Room had an odd smell but I figured it may just be due to the humidity in Louisiana. Turned on AC thinking it may help. Went back out and returned later and it seemed a bit more tolerable. Went to bed and the smell seemed to get stronger again. Woke up through out the night from the smell.
