"My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. "Shower and toilet not working properly When I complained to manager in morning he asked me to write complaint in hotel register and also talk to housekeeping manager which didn’t make sense. I asked to compensate for lack of service and they told me hotel policy does not provide compensation. It means they can trap customers without assurances of providing paid amount to the hotel."

"Overall it was a good stay. Front reception staff were very experienced and organized in checking in our large group into the hotel. The hotel facilities are kept in good condition. I think the cleanliness of the rooms could have improved considering the 5 star allocation to the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Food was okay, however there are not many options in the area so the hotel food may have been the best in the area. "

"The room was okay. But the bathroom was gross. It smelled. And the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The worst thing about the hotel was that it was soooo loud. There was an annoying loud noise outside our window, the whole night! And also this buzzing sound from inside the hotel, we were on the same floor as the pool—maybe there. I couldn’t figure it out. But I couldn’t sleep all night!"

"Our room was spotless! Bed is firm, food was appealing however the hamburger caused gastro problems, majorly. Talked to 2other people with similar issues. We ate there the whole time and the last night was beautiful. The staff is above and beyond. The location is away from the street noise and everything else. Gorgeous views, monkeys and fruit bats too"
