“The members of staff were nice and their responding was not bad. Room is spacious and amenity was set. I got lots of ants bite (I am not pretty sure if they were by ants or mosquitoes). Any others except those that I mentioned are as good as other nice resorts or hotels. One thing more about the location of this resort, it is not easy to walk down to town. Town is not far from resort (about 2.5 km) but the road is really tough. There is not a sidewalk but cars are speedy, passing over the...

“ from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th. The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic. However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff. We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said...

“All the service was good (cleaning staff, restaurants etc.) except the front desk. Except a couple of staff, most of the time they were rude, unhelpful. Had to ask the same thing several times (just to unlock the door cuz they deactivated my card key before the check out time) but never get it done. Check-in was very slow, no info, they said wait here, then 20 mins past, then another staff came, told same thing but no one came for another 10 mins. But other than the front office, the resort is...

“The location is good to access local resturant or mart etc.. And the hotel supply the great water sport including dolphin watching or boat etc.. The breakfast is good. But room is a little out of date.”

“We had a relaxing stay overall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beach was lovely. However, recurring issues with communication, follow-through and attention to detail affected our experience. On arrival, the robe was dirty and a few items had been left by previous guests. Before arrival, I asked about a special dinner but was directed towards the usual restaurants. During our stay, we discovered private dining was an option. We were also incorrectly told entertainment was only on...

“simple is the best, staff is lovely”

“Everything was very well organized and I had a great stay. The property was clean and the secure parking was also a big plus. A special thank you to Vishnu (if i spell it correctly) from the breakfast service. His service was excellent and he was always incredibly friendly and helpful. He really made the mornings even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. Everyone at reception, the housekeeping team, the gate/security staff, and all the other employees I met were...

“El mejor servicio. Gran cocina.

“Lagoon Attitude was an exceptional stay\. We spent eight days here and couldn’t believe it was a four\-star hotel\. We’ve stayed in five\-star hotels that didn’t match its service, attention to detail or luxury\. Our ground\-floor room was spotless, beautifully designed and had a gorgeous sea view overlooking the boathouse\. The hammock was a lovely touch, and I recommend requesting a ground\-floor room\. Special thanks to Kaveesh, the manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout...
