“Wonderful lodge to stay at that’s impeccably clean with outstanding views and with lots of wildlife spotting of dear, hares and birds of prey. “Absolutely stunning. Just like a 5* hotel. Julian and Chelsea have created a stunning suite. Great communication, easy check-in, everything you need is in the room waiting and a VERY comfortable bed. We will definitely be returning. Don’t hesitate to book.. You really won’t be disappointed.”

“Perfectly fine for a budget hotel, on an industrial estate off the ring road. It's clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The pool was a definate bonus on a hot day and for a pre breakfast swim. So long as you're not looking for rustic, romantic, french charm, then it's a good place for a stop over on a long journey.”

“Hotel de France is very good value close to the old district . It is quite simple, basic accommodation but clean with aircon and a comfortable bed. It also has a nice pool and seating if that is needed. One night here was fine on our way to the airport.”

“Rooms are pretty basic but clean. The hotel is in a really good location for getting about the city on foot. Nice pool and bar prices are very reasonable within the hotel.”

Les informations sur les trajets en bus depuis la gare étaient erronnées. Il y a un Buffalo grill et un Burger King proches. L'entretien à l'extérieur des pièces est imparfait. L'hôtel (plutôt motel) n'est pas abonné à Canal+.”

“A gem. Nestled in the countryside near Bergerac is this beautiful country house. We were only staying for one night as part of a longer trip, but next time we will surely stay for more nights. Pauline gave us a lovely tour on check-in. The room was spotless and air conditioned. We booked into the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and it was a wonderful experience.
