“몇 가지 빼고 다 좋았습니다. 직원의 일처리, 친절함, 주차 후 방까지 접근성, 수영장, 아침식사, 방 구조 등 다만 , 두 개의 침대 중 창가 쪽 것의 허리 부분 쿠션이 꺼져서 수건을 몇 장 대고 자야했고 차 종류 비치한 것이 너무 오래된 것이라 내용물이 굳기 직전인 것이 있었고 한 번 내린 커피 팩을 누가 거기 버렸는데 그대로 마른 상태로 티백 사이에 있었음”

“Arrived finding out the elevator was not working . We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Got into the room we had reserved and the TV did not work, we were told the TV would be fixed. It was not and we were there for 2 nights Second nite they gave us the option of having Netflix , which we took. The bathtub did not drain properly . Next morning they picked up the recycle and emptied the garbage in the bathroom, not the main room. Sand on the floor was not cleaned up...
