“What can I say apart from a top notch hotel and staff! We had to book at the last minute this hotel at 5;30am and were at the hotel by 6am. The staff was wonderful. We arrived in Puno buy a night bus and we were allowed early check-in free of charge. Delmy and Raul at the reception were exceptional during our stay. “Beautiful location on an island in the Lake. Beautiful rooms and well maintained property. Would have loved it more if the hiking trails around the hotel were to open 24/7. The viewpoint was very lovely and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. The staffs are well trained and are helpful. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back here again.”

“The owners go way beyond in helping. Very relaxing stay”

“Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10”

“Todo muy bien por el costo”

“It was a little noisy, had to change my room. Also the front desk was not so friendly.”
