“It was okay overall to stay, The bed was missing some bedsheets. Kitchen dish wash liquid was also not available. The door lock was not working when we reach there, but gladly the person staying there gave us extra keys for the top floor rooms. It was malfunction on time. Otherwise, cleanliness, friendly location, car parking, overall things were good. We do not stressed, or have any problems for all the stay. Recommended for couples, friends, family. ”

“Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

“I made a booking through hotels.com. I then received check in instructions from Dancenter, which is a holiday agent in Denmark. As the booking was done through hotels.com I expected the stay to be fully paid, but when arriving at the property it was clear that on top of the hotels.com price I had to pay for electricity, water and heating. This was not explained on hotels.com. Arriving at the property I discovered that there was no bedding, so I had to go to the local supermarket and buy bedding....

“No toilet papers, no towels, no garbage bins, absolutely no one to help to check-in. Nightmare to open the key box. We suffered badly in -7C weather for 2 hours to open the key box. Support phones don’t work. Absolutely ghost place. No one to even talk to or seek help. Poor bed. They charge for cleaning separately and there is cleaning inspection fee separately. You have to measure the utilities yourself and pay separately. Good place to self torture yourself by paying high cost in a...
