“Great location and friendly staff. rooms were wonderful”

“We always stay here when in Steamboat Springs. It is clean, in a great location and the breakfast is great. We visited Fish Creek Falls and went to Hahns Lake. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and super convenient to have a fridge, stove and dishwasher. Will plan to stay here next time!”

“The check in was not great. We got the card key and opened the door to a room that was occupied by other people. It was fixable, thankfully but after a long day of travel, having to walk back and forth around the hotel was frustrating. The beds were really comfortable, but the room and bathroom felt very small”

“I never saw they charge for parking when I booked and it wasn't in the email confirmation. The staff had to ask if I drove and there would be a $10 charge for parking. It isn't that much about the money, but the fact management puts their staff in a difficult situation to have to ask for the $10. I stayed in mid May during the off season and the parking lot filled up. The lot is small and will fill up fast. It is a nice and clean newer hotel. Just charge everyone $5 more so the staff don't need...
